The first photo was taken in the spring of 2011 and the last 4 were taken in the spring of 2012. So, exactly one year difference between the before and afters.

My weight is the same in all 4 pictures. I weigh roughly 215-222 depending at a height of 6’3.

In the first photo i was trying on size 38 jeans (they were tight!) and in the photo where I have jeans in the after - those are size 34 (and feeling baggy).

Just goes to show that weight is not everything. Bodyfat % is what you want to control.
